As an interiors photographer in based in Cornwall I specialise in capturing the beauty of interior design. Whether it's for property listings, holiday lets, or luxury retreats, my images are designed to make spaces stand out with clarity and style.
First impressions are everything. High-quality photography is proven to increase interest, reduce time on the market, and achieve better returns. My approach ensures that each room is presented at its best, highlighting the unique character of the space.
By showcasing interiors in their best light, I help property owners and businesses maximise their investment.

Why you should hire a professional property photographer.
How to find and work with a professional interiors photographer.
"Mike brought some brilliant fun energy and ideas to the shoot that really elevated the space and made it stand out. The photos have completely transformed how our property presents online, and we’ve already noticed the difference. We were fully booked for five weeks three days after uploading Mike's photos" Claire Riley, AirBnb Host
Every project is unique, so it’s difficult to provide a fixed price here. As a rough guide, a two-bedroom property typically costs from around £250. If you contact me with details of your project, I’ll provide a tailored interiors photography quote.
No, I retain the copyright and grant you an exclusive licence to use the images as needed. This means, unless you request otherwise, I may use them to promote my business, such as on social media. The licence allows you to use the images for marketing your property but prohibits sharing them with third parties without my permission. For instance, if you’re an architect commissioning photos of a house you designed, you may not pass the images to the builder without my consent. Selling the images to third parties is also not permitted.
If possible, yes please! If you tag me on social media it helps us both—your brand benefits from extra exposure to my followers, and I get to see how you’re using the images.
Sunshine is an important ingredient, especially for holiday lets with sea or countryside views. While I’m usually flexible with scheduling, the unpredictable English weather can make it challenging. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, I can use creative lighting techniques to mimic sunlight, and dusk shots of exteriors work beautifully.
